We invite skilled and passionate individuals to co-create and nurture the core of our community life in the Ecovillage Laboratory. This role is for those ready to dedicate several months to living, learning, and serving at the heart of Resonancia.
Prior experience in community living, group facilitation, or nature-based lifestyles is essential, along with a genuine passion for coordination and caring for human needs.
Participation in our Resilient Together Trainings provides an excellent foundation, and may be required, to prepare you for holding space within this living container.
Heart Crew members enjoy special conditions in exchange for their contribution to hosting, coordinating the household and garden, supporting group processes, and welcoming new participants into the community.
