The main mission of the “Resonancia Community” is to grow a vibrant space built on trust — kind of like a greenhouse, but for humans instead of tomatoes. Here, everyone is invited to show up authentically (warning: masks may fall off). After 24 years of experimenting, failing, laughing, and trying again, we’ve crafted a living laboratory where community, nature, and art collide. What we explore is simple yet daring: what actually helps people step into openness, authenticity, and fulfillment… while still remembering to do the dishes.

The mysterium called Community

Community at Resonancia isn’t a fixed gang of permanent residents - it’s more like a Realm of Resonance, where people plug in through shared values, openness, adventurous spirit, and co-creation magic. Participation comes in waves: sometimes it’s just a few kindred souls sharing serenity, sometimes it feels like a mini-festival, always guided by authenticity and the mysterious force we call resonance.

We nurture togetherness that gives equal love to freedom and union, with transparency that builds trust and an alchemy where five resonant humans are worth more than fifty random ones. From the very first moment you step in, you’re not a guest — you’re community. That said, our core team and vision keepers aren’t always in the daily soup, because they also like to preserve their own freedom (and sometimes hide out with a book or in a hammock).

Our specialized field of agreements serves as the foundational framework for establishing a community space rooted in an extraordinary cultural codex. The core values encapsulated within these agreements include:

The magical ingredients of community

We hand-pick our crew so the group includes folks with superpowers like community living, radical self-responsibility, non-violent communication, and sex-positive vibes. That way, life here flows smoother than a drum circle on a good night.

Tribes in Resonance: Our campfire welcomes Digital Nomads, Artists, Facilitators, Ecovillagers, Sex-Positive explorers, ISTA adventurers, Radical Faeries, Burners, Touch&Players, and beyond. The more diverse the mix, the juicier the resonance.

Money matters made easy: we keep it flexible. Contributions adjust to what each person can bring — whether that’s cash, skills, or elbow grease in the kitchen.

Food = community fuel. We source and cook together, so meals become glue that holds us close. Joining is encouraged (because yum), but never forced.

Resonancia Community comes with not one, but two playgrounds open to everyone.

Resonance Hub is our coliving house and buzzing headquarters. It’s where laptops hum, ideas fly, and creativity flows — all wrapped in a spirit of shared living.

Valle de Sensaciones is our wild laboratory in nature — a sanctuary for mud, stars, and raw connection. No Wi-Fi here, just presence, truth, and maybe a drumbeat or two.

Together, these two spaces keep us in balance: focus and collaboration on one side, retreat and magical togetherness on the other. As individuals and as a group, we dance between them, tuning into the resonance that emerges.
